ASAM will undergo a planned system freeze from Monday, November 3 through Monday, November 10 to implement a new Association Management System. The system freeze is a scheduled outage of online resources that allows us to securely transfer data and test functionality before launching the new system.

All systems will be operational on Monday, November 10.

The following resources are impacted:

• ASAM.org profile – users will be unable to update their personal information, make payments, renew memberships, or register for events.
• eLearning Center – users will be unable to register for new courses, complete existing courses, claim credit, view or print certificates.
• ASAM Connect – users will be unable to participate in discussions or view communities.
• Journal of Addiction Medicine (JAM) – users will be unable to access and read past versions of the online journal.
• Career Center – users will be unable to apply for jobs or upload their resume.
• Donations – users will be unable to donate to ASAM.

Yes! All publicly available resources on ASAM.org will remain available. Only those that require 麻豆传媒在线 login will be inaccessible.  

If you have tasks such as updating your profile, registering for courses, or claiming CME/MOC credit, please complete them before November 3 to avoid disruption.

When the transition is complete, you will receive instructions to set up your account and update your password in the new system.

Yes. All of your information will be securely transferred to the new system. No action is required on your part for this step.

The new AMS will provide a smoother ASAM.org login experience and make it easier to access resources, manage your profile, renew your membership, and use self-service tools.

Yes, advocacy materials and information, such as policy statements, news, and toolkits will be available during the system freeze.

The advocacy team will continue to provide timely updates on national policy developments and remain available to support your advocacy efforts.

No, you will not be able to access your dashboard, but please contact education@asam.org and we can assist you with your certificate.

Registration in the eLearning Center is unavailable during the system freeze. Please visit the eLearning Center after the system launch to register.

Yes, chapter events are managed outside of ASAM’s platform, so you can access the registration links on the event calendar.

Membership renewals that usually take place in October will take place following the launch of the new AMS. The membership team will provide updates as they are available.

No, you cannot renew your membership during the AMS system freeze. ASAM team members are unable to make changes to the data during the system freeze but will process your renewal following the launch of the new AMS.

Member access to JAM is unavailable during the system freeze. The current issue of JAM is unlocked and does not require login, but past issues will not be accessible until after the AMS launch.

Yes, quality care information, such as guidelines, Criteria resources, and CONTINUUM tools will be available during the system freeze.

Yes, you purchase the 麻豆传媒在线 Criteria and access implementation tools on ASAM.org. Training courses in the eLearning Center will NOT be accessible during the system freeze.
