Gregory X. Boehm, MD, DFASAM. For the past 21 years I have worked as Medical Director of Residential Addiction Treatment for Homeless men and women. For the past 8 years I have also been the Addiction Psychiatrist for the Salvation Army Early Prison Release Program, Survivors of Human Trafficking and Emergency Shelter for Homeless Mothers and Children. Residents in Psychiatry and Family Medicine rotate with me for their month of addiction medicine.
I am the Director of Addiction Medicine Lectures for UH Psychiatry Residents at Case Western Reserve University. As a member of the County Board for Mental Health and Addiction in Cleveland, I have worked to start Overdose Prevention Centers as I learned from On Point in NYC.

- 2003 - Current: Medical Director of Y-Haven Residential Addiction Treatment for Homeless Men and Women. Started with 50 beds 25 years ago, now 250 beds for homeless men and women. Includes PHP for 3 months; then up to 2 years in residence while securing full time work, and/or college or GED.
- 1980 - Current: Private Practice: Child, Adolescent, Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. 2 offices, IOP, Staff of 9 Including 2 Psychiatrists, PhD Clinical Psychologist, PhD CNP, LPN, LISW, 2 LSW.
